Let me begin by saying when it came to selling my house I had a set of unusual circumstances. Sherry provided me with a comprehensive and inclusive service that was above and beyond my expectations. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and at the same time supportive and authentic.
My home was built in 1909 and therefore has unique details including stained glass windows and intricate moldings. Conversely, along with the distinctive aspects of the craftsmanship it also needed the electricity upgraded and a new septic system. Sherry was able to guide me through the decision making process by drawing on her vast experience in the Real Estate market. She recommended many professionals who were reliable and the quality of work of was excellent.

We were lucky enough to sell and buy with Sherry this spring. The experience we had with Sherry could not be described as anything other than excellent. During the mortgage process there were a few things that were going to hold up the closing and Sherry fought for us so we would not lose the contract on the house and the closing would happen in a timely manner.
